Each light-up letter or number is for a 24 hour hire.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
A £50 damage deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit covers any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse. If no damage or issues are found upon collection, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event: The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: The full amount is non-refundable.
Delivery and collection times will be agreed upon during the booking process.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring suitable access to the venue and for the safety of the items once delivered.
