What are the dimensions of your letters/numbers?

Our letters are 1100mm high, 630mm wide and 165mm in depth.

What type of bulbs do you use?

Our bulbs are warm, white LED.

What area's do you cover?

We are based in Redditch, Worcestershire, and travel for free within a 10 mile radius. There is a delivery charge outside of this depending on your location. Happy to discuss delivery options we do our best to not turn anyone down.

How long is the hire period?

Generally it is for 24 hours but this can be negotiated if needed for longer.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we do. We are fully insured.

Are you PAT tested?

Yes, our letters are all PAT tested.

Do you set up the letters/numbers?

Yes we will bring the letters to your venue and set them up in your desired spot, access permitting. We will test all

letters before leaving the venue.

do you deliver to and from the venue?

Yes we do. We will liaise with your provided contact at the venue so you do not have to be the middle person or worry about any of the logistics.

Can the letters be used outside?

Unfortunately they cannot. Our letters/numbers are mains operated and not waterproof.

Are the letters free standing?

Yes they are.

What is the damage deposit?

We charge at £50 damage deposit which is to be paid with the final balance 28 days before your event date. If there is no damage to the letters the deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after the event. Should you cancel within 14 days we will keep 100% of your total booking, however we will refund the damage deposit.
